Customer Service Representative & Scheduler


The CSR must possess a high work ethic, be an excellent listener and communicator, have good computer skills, good phone and marketing skills, and be detail-oriented to ensure a high level of customer service for a busy service company. The CSR will report to the Office Coordinator.


     • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to schedule jobs, dispatch crews, taking customer information, etc.
     • Make and close work orders and invoices.
     • Write up contracts from template.
     • Assist with placement of orders for services
     • Advise on company information.
     • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
     • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
     • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.


    • Ability to work with CEO and the Office Coordinator to maximize customer satisfaction and office efficiency.
    • Ability to open and close office independently.
    • Ability to make and take calls in a professional manner and pleasing to the customer.
    • Decision making:

      • Ability to schedule jobs independently
      • Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls
    • General geographical knowledge of the Oakland county area.
