Experienced Office Manager


This position involves coordinating and delegating to a busy 3-5 person office that performs account customer service, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The Office Manager coordinates the efforts of multiple crews in the field daily and ensures they are working until 4-5pm each day by finding additional work. This position involves wearing many hats, and your success in this role requires being very organized and having a great attention to detail. Our Office Manager reports to the VP/General Manager.


This is a vital management role at G&S. You will coordinate customer jobs, crew routing, and internal office processes. Leading, following, and delegating the policies and procedures will create the high level of customer satisfaction that we improve on daily.

Expectations

  • Must read/listen to books/podcast/other personal development with the team. Starting with 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and Traction
  • Accountable for many aspects of scheduling
  • Required to continuously develop the office team
  • Have a good attitude with the employees, team, and customers
