A CSR handles all incoming and outgoing calls to schedule service appointments, soft upselling of additional services, write up estimates, and dispatch and monitor the status of field employees. Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities (TDR’s):
· Responsible for phone calls to schedule jobs, dispatch crews, take customer information, etc.
· Outbound follow up marketing campaign calls
· Make/close work orders and invoices.
· Write up estimates
· Promote deals, promotions, and additional services (upselling our services to previous customers)
· Take payment and customer information
· Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes during peak busy seasons
· Assist operations team when required (light laundry duties, fill water tanks, etc)
· Strong inside sales experience preferred
