Field Supervisor /Trainer
Job Title: Field Operations Supervisor
Reports to: Operations Manager
Goal: Provide the training, personal development, and mentorship to a successful and diverse team of service techs.
A 24-year-old Field Services company in Oakland County is looking for a Field Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must be able to climb a 32 feet extension ladder and lift 60-80 lbs.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role and valid Driver’s License.
- Previous window and pressure washing experience is a plus.
Task, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises 15-30 field technicians.
- Maintains rigorous safety protocols.
- Responsible for training employees; planning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing job discrepancies; and resolving problems.
- Mentor and motivate staff to improve professional and personal achievement.
- Work closely with managers to identify and implement strategies and programs for individual and team goals.
- Ensure accuracy of all reporting.
- Maintain a professional level of customer service in the field.
- Maintain schedule and staffing levels to meet daily and seasonal workflow
